The following are certain criteria an account must meet to qualify for early withdrawal:

• There is an administrative fee assessed for the early disbursement.
• The early disbursement amount may not be 100% of all pass-thru fees.
• All requests for early disbursement of pass-thru fees are processed through the sales department.
