Unlocking Login in MSO
Finding the login might be the hardest part of this task.
- Login to vt## server with credentials that aren't locked (backend access)
- Locate the EFIN experiencing issue
- Navigate to Setup
- Click Logins
- Find the login & click
to unlock. - Verify enduser has access.
