Configuring a Default Printer

 

The following provided steps are shown to configure a default printer in the software:

1. Log into the software as a user with administrator rights.

2. From the top menu, select Setup->Printer Setup. The Application Settings window will open.

3. In the Tax Return drop down list, select the printer to be used as the default for tax return printing.

4. In the Check drop down list, select the printer to be used as the default for check printing.

5. In the Report drop down list, select the printer to be used as the default for report printing.

6. Click OK to save the changes.
