Pulling the Previous Year's Billing Scheme Into The Current Year

WARNING: This will overwrite the current billing scheme data in the current year's software, if any. 

The following short steps provide how to copy the previous year's billing scheme into the current year:

1. Open the current year's Xlink folder.
2. Copy the billXX.dat and billXX.idx files.
3. Paste these copied billXX.dat and billXX.idx files into the current year's Xlink folder. 
4. Then rename the copied current year's billXX.dat and billXX.idx file.
