Vehicle Information Not Appearing on Form 2106 - Employee Business Expenses

Form 2106 Vehicle Information

The information for a vehicle does not appear on Form 2106, Employee Business Expenses. 

This issue can occur if not selecting the check box to bring 2106 Vehicle Info from Asset System check box.

NOTE: If directly entering the vehicle information on the 2106, there is no need to check the box. 

 Resolution

1. Click FRM 2106 on the "Forms Attached" pane.
2. In Part II- Vehicle Expenses, select the check box to bring 2106 Vehicle Info from Asset System check box.
