Data Converter Converts No Data

Symptoms

When running the Data Converter, the Data Converter appears to convert tax returns, yet no files are actually converted.

  

Cause

This issue can occur if User Access Control (UAC) is enabled, and the software is not run as an administrator.

 

Resolution

1. Right click the Converter's icon, and then select Run as Administrator.
