Error Message: Invalid authorization code for user id

Symptoms

When closing the program Settings window, an error message similar to the following appears:

’Invalid authorization code for user id’

  

Cause

This error is the result of an incorrect User ID set in the program.

 

Resolution

1. Log into the program as a user with Administrator privileges.
2. Open the Work In Progress Summary (WIP).
3. From the top menu, select Setup > Office Setup. The Registration Tab will open.
4. Verify that the ID in the User ID field is correct.

   

    

5. If the User ID is not correct, enter the correct User ID and click OK.

 

 The error message should no longer occur.
