Error Message: Print Tax Return - Cannot be Transferred on Transmitting Computer

Symptoms

While attempting to print in the program, the following error message appears.

’Print Tax Return - Cannot be Transferred on Transmitting Computer’

  

Cause

This error will occur if the program is configured as a transmitting computer, but batch printing settings are configured to transfer printing jobs.

 

Resolution

1. Open the program and log in as an administrator.
2. From the top menu, select Setup >Printer Setup.
3. Click the Print Options Tab.
4. In the Batch Printing Options drop down list, select Print Immediate and then click OK.
