Error Message: Unable to load module, overlay/stack.000

Symptoms

When opening the program, the following error message appears:

’overlay/stack.000
Unable to load module’

 

Cause

This error message will appear if the module file does not exist, does not have access to load, or is corrupted.

 

Resolution

To resolve this error, uninstall and reinstall the program.

After the software has been reinstalled, this error should no longer occur.
