Error message: Software Error/Interrupt!! DlgMake (WEBROWSER) Error: (100) While Opening Archived Documents

Symptoms

When opening archived documents, the following error message appears:

’Software Error/Interrupt!!
DlgMake (WEBROWSER)
Error: (100) ERROR_CANNOT_FIND_WND_CLASS:’

Cause

This behavior can occur if the program is configured to use the internal PDF reader. 

Note: To use external pdf best to have Adobe installed.  https://get.adobe.com/reader/  

Resolution

1. Log into the program as a user with Administrator rights.
2. On the top menu, click Setup > Printer Setup .
3. Click the Print Options tab.
4. Check the Use External PDF Reader box and set a path that all network pcs can access.

   

5. Click OK to save the changes.

The document archive should now open normally.
