Verify Error: Bookmarks Missing in Return Errors and Rejects Window


Verify Error populates regarding Field Entry Bookmarks

When you click Verify to check a tax return for errors, Bookmarked fields do not appear in the "Return Errors and Rejects" window.
In most cases, fields that contain a Bookmark will appear in the "Return Errors and Rejects" window.

The program has not been configured to display Bookmarks when you run Verify

RESOLUTION STEPS

  1. Go to Setup > Office Setup > Registration tab
  2. Uncheck the Display Warning-type Errors within the box.
  3. Click the OK button and verify again within the return.
