PDF Copy of Final Return Not Created


In printing a final copy of a tax return, the return is sent to the printer with no results of a PDF created.

This issue can occur if “Send to Archive” is not selected in printer setup.

Refer to the following steps provided below to resolve this issue:

  1. From the top menu, select Setup > Printer Setup.
  2. Click the Return Printing Tab
  3. Select the Send to Archive check box in the federal column.
  4. Click OK.

Verify the program will now create a PDF copy of the final return when it is printed.
