Error Message for Sending Texts: "Your access authorization level of ADMINISTRATOR is inadequate...."

 Access Authorization Level

When the user tries to send a text message, the following error message appears: 
 

‘Your access authorization level of ADMINISTRATOR is inadequate for the requested function Send Text Message ’

 The administrator account does not have the access level “Send Text Message.” This is caused by access level permissions are not included in any existing access level groups.

Refer to the following steps provided below to adjust the access authorization level for sending text messages:

1. On the program menu bar, click Setup, then click Login Accounts. 
2. Click Access Levels. 
3. Select Administrator from the drop down. 
4. Select Send Text Message under Access to Select, and click Add to add the access to the Administrator access level group.
