How to Restore a Deleted Tax Return


Use the following steps to restore a deleted Tax return. 

  1. Log into the program as a user with administrator rights.
  2. From the top menu, select Utility and click System Utilities.
  3. In the System Utilitie window, locate the Tax Return Audit button.
  4. Click Enter on your keyboard or select Run Utility at the bottom of screen to start the process.
  5. On the list that is generated, double click the Return you wish to Restore.
  6. The Return Audit window will appear. Click Yes to proceed on the inquiry "Do you want to ressurect/repair this return?"
  7. This process will restore the return and it is now available in the lookup grid.
