Error Message: "Communication to Central Site Already Active for ans19 Override lockout?"

Symptoms

When attempting to transmit to Central Site an error populates preventing that transmission. 

’’Communication to Central Site Already Active for ans19 Override lockout"

  

 

 

Cause

An instance of the program is already connected/connecting to Central Site.

Resolution

1. Select "Yes" to stop current connection.
2. Select "No" to allow the program to complete the current connected request.
3. Selecting Cancel, will do just that.

Note: If a previous transmission had failed there might be and instance of where the transmission is not still active. Choosing Yes will solve this issue.
