Verify Error: ID Issuance Date Invalid

Symptoms

During the verification of a return, the following fatal error populates preventing queueing of the return.

Verify Error: 'ID Issuance Date Invalid'

 

  

Cause

The bank application was created prior to the issuance date of the ID.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the bank application in the location of the attached forms
2. Verify Date Issued is correct
3. Locate & update the date "RT App Date" within the bank application
4. Refresh & verify
