ScreenShare -Chrome Remote Desktop

Alternate to using ShowMyPC screen sharing tool.

1. Navigate to the following address & DL/Install if needed: https://remotedesktop.google.com/support
2. Select Remote Support
3. Have ERO select the Generate Code button
4. ERO will need to read off the time-sensitive Access Code.
5. The Support Agent should input that Access code.
6. Select Connect.
