Error Message: "Stale Check Voided by the bank, Please contact the issuing bank"

When attempting to print a check the partner is presented with the following error:

Symptoms:

’Error Message: "Stale Check Voided by the bank, Please contact the issuing bank"’

Cause:

The check is stale, voided or the ERO waited too long to print the check (Most banks have 90 days expiration).

Resolution 1

Check print file needs to be re-pushed from Central Site or Partner Support. (This is the most common resolution.) 
Note: SSN & TaxYear for requesting reprint.

Resolution 2 (If Resolution 1 doesn't correct issue)

Contact the issuing bank to assist with resolution.
