Inadequate Authorization Prompt for Wallet with Administrator access

When attempting to access wallet setup the following warning populates. 

ADMINISTRATOR should have access to ALL functions of the program.

1. Close 1040 software
2. Right click on desktop Icon for 1040 Software
3. Select Properties
4. Click the Advance button
5. Check Run as administrator
   
6. Click OK
7. Verify issue resolved & ERO can access the Wallet from within the 1040 Software.
