Symptoms

Verify Error navigates to the bottom of the Information & Status page; Wet Signed Date location.

 

Cause

Office settings have Require Signature print date checked.

Resolution

1. Confirm login has rights to access Office Setup.
2. Click on Setup upper left location of tax software
3. Open Office Setup
4. Navigate to E-Filing tab
5. Uncheck Require Signature print date
6. Selecting OK will save changes made
7. Confirm verify error is no longer an issue.
