Error Message: Software Error/Interrupt! Abt (DIRFETCH: Wrong DCNX)

Symptoms

During transmit to Central Site the following error populates.

’Software Error/Interrupt! Abt (DIRFETCH: Wrong DCNX)

Resolution

1. Navigate to Utility > System Utility
2. Select Tax Return Audit
3. Then click the Run Utility button
4. Find the return with the DCNX error & use the Fix button to restore it.
5. Test transmit to Central Site to verify error doesn't populate.
