Landing Page > 

1. Navigate to the website & wait for the Support Agent to give you a code.
2. Enter code in following location & select the  button. 

   

3. You may need to navigate to the Downloads Folder  to launch the ScreenConnect.Client application.
   CTRL+J will open Downloads for most browsers
   
   

4. You may need to select Yes to allow control for this application to launch.
   
   

5. Consent to Control will start the screenshare with the agent.
