TaxPass when accessing client list getting program error: invalid_request


Symptoms

When attempting to open TaxPass client list the following error occurs

’Maximum number of active sessions reached, please log out of existing session.’

Cause

Bad timing

Resolution

  1. Close software & relog in
  2. Attempt to access TaxPass list
    IF error persists
  3. Wait 30 mins to attempt access to TaxPass list.
