How to Add an External Document to The Document Archive in a Return

  1. From within the return Double click on Document Archive in the forms browser.
  2. In the "Archived Documents Listing" window, click on Import Document.
  3. On the "Document Import" screen, click on the   Button.
  4. Select the file to be attached and click Open.
  5. In the Description field, enter a brief description of the document being attached.
  6. Click OK to import the document.
    Note: The only Document Types that carry forward to the next year (Proforma) are Identification & Year to Year Other Items.
