Error Message: Hosted RemoteApp Error The program did not start..

Symptoms:

When opening the Tax Client you are prompted with the following error: 

’RemoteApp Error
The program did not start on the remote computer. For assistance, contact your system administrator.’

Resolution:

1. Re-configure the Hosted TaxClient KB: 807
2. If re-configuring doesn't resolve the issue, contact Support for further assistance.
