How to Specify a Default Printer For Printing Checks

Specifying which printer to use for printing checks

The following provided steps are shown to specify a default printer for printing checks:

1. Log into the program as a user with administrator rights.

2. From the top menu select Setup->Printer Setup.

3. In the Checks drop down list, choose the printer to be used for printing checks.

4. Click OK to save the changes.

The program will now automatically use the specified printer when printing checks.
