How to resend the EMP Enrollment Activation Email

An Office must be active before you can resend the Enrollment Activation Email.

 

  1. Access the Office in EMP
  2. Click the Company to open the office in a new tab.

  3. Verify that the Primary Email in EMP is accurate.
    Note: If the address is inaccurate, click EDIT, update the Primary Email address & click SAVE.

  4. Close the Office tab

  5. Click the Actions button and then click Resend Enrollment Activation.
