How to resend the EMP Enrollment Email
An office must be activated before you can resend the Enrollment Email using the Actions menu.
- Access the Office in EMP.
- Click the Company Name to open the Office Information in a new tab.
- Verify that the Primary Email in EMP is accurate.
Note: If the address is inaccurate, click EDIT to update the Primary Email address and then click SAVE.

Close the Office tab to return to the Office Management Screen (AllCustomerInfo Tab).
- Click the Actions button and then click Resend Enrollment Email.
