How to resend the EMP Enrollment Email

An office must be activated before you can resend the Enrollment Email using the Actions menu.

  1. Access the Office in EMP.
  2. Click the Company Name to open the Office Information in a new tab.

  3. Verify that the Primary Email in EMP is accurate.
    Note: If the address is inaccurate, click EDIT to update the Primary Email address and then click SAVE.

  4. Close the Office tab to return to the Office Management Screen (AllCustomerInfo Tab).

  5. Click the Actions button and then click Resend Enrollment Email.
