How to resend the EMP Enrollment Activation Email
An Office must be active before you can resend the Enrollment Activation Email.
- Access the Office in EMP
- Click the Company to open the office in a new tab.
- Verify that the Primary Email in EMP is accurate.
Note: If the address is inaccurate, click EDIT, update the Primary Email address & click SAVE. - Close the Office tab
- Click the Actions button and then click Resend Enrollment Activation.
