How to upload Additional Documents thru the mobile app

When additional documents are requested by the tax office, taxpayers can submit additional documents through the mobile app.  

  1. Taxpayer will open the mobile app and click on the Menu icon next to home

  1. Taxpayers will need to click on Send Additional Forms.

  1. Taxpayers will need to enter the primary SSN entered on the original submission.

  1. Taxpayers will click on Get Image to take picture of their document then click on Upload Image after each picture is taken.

Note: Mobile app will ask taxpayers to allow access to their camera and photos.
