How to upload Additional Documents thru the mobile app

When additional documents are requested by the tax office taxpayer is able to submit additional documents thru the mobile app.  

  1. Taxpayer will open the mobile app and click on the Menu icon next to home

  1. Taxpayer will need to click on Send Additional Forms.

  1. Taxpayer will need to enter the primary SSN entered on the original submission.

  1. Taxpayer will click on Get Image to take picture of their document then click on Upload Image after each picture is taken.

Note: Phone may ask taxpayer to allow mobile app to access their camera and photos.
