Forgot Login Password

A valid login is required to access your 1040 Online account. 

In order to reset your account login you can follow the steps below to successfully reset your login:

1. Click Forgot Password?
   

   

2. Enter your Username> Click Send Code.
   

   

3. Open the Your Password Change Request email (sent to the email attached to the username entered).
4. Enter the verification code (from the email above) into the Enter Code field.
5. Enter a new password and confirm it.
6. Click Submit.
