Online Program > Requesting Documents
Documents can be requested through the program using an email set in Client data or direct entry.
- Navigate to the return that will be requesting documents.
- Select the Document Archive from the Left Pane
- Click on the text Requested Documents to access that function
- Selecting the Request Documents button will open a new window requiring data entry
- Fill out the Request Documents form fields
- Selecting the Request button will send the email to the recipient selected at the top of request.
- The request will then populate in the grid for overview status.
