Online Program > Requesting Documents

Documents can be requested through the program using an email set in Client data or direct entry.

  1. Navigate to the return that will be requesting documents.
  2. Select the Document Archive from the Left Pane
  3. Click on the text Requested Documents to access that function
  4. Selecting the Request Documents button will open a new window requiring data entry
  5.  Fill out the Request Documents form fields
  6. Selecting the Request button will send the email to the recipient selected at the top of request.
  7. The request will then populate in the grid for overview status.
