Repairing the program

See the following methods for repairing the program:

Method 1. Run the repair utility

1. On the Utility menu, click System Utilities.
2. Click Software Diagnosis and then click Run Utility.
3. If "Mismatch" appears in the "Status" column, click it and then click Fix.

Method 2. Uninstall and reinstall the program

1. Right click the program icon and then click Properties.
2. Make note of the "Start In" folder – when reinstalling, you must reinstall to this folder.
3. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
4. Double click Add or Remove Programs.
5. Click the copy of the program experiencing the issue and then click Remove.
6. Refer to "Program Email" and download the software, if needed. Run the installer.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the program.
