PDF Documents Missing From Archives


After restoring from a full backup, PDF documents do not appear in the document archive for the restored tax returns.

These documents can be restored by following the steps below:

  1. Open the program.
  2. Click Utility and then System Utilities.
  3. Click Document Rebuild and then Run Utility.
  4. Once the rebuild is complete, click Close.

Restored PDF documents should now appear in the document archive.
