Business Module Access Not Permitted


’Your login doesn't have Access to Business Software’


Even though the Business module has already been added to a customer's order on the Central Site Portal, the customer may not be able to access the Business package.
When they click on the Business Returns Tab in their tax software, a message suggests their Login does not have Access.


  1. From the Setup menu, Select Login Accounts.
  2. Navigate to Access Levels

  3. In the Access to select pane, double click on Access Business software and any remaining functions to move them to the Access Included pane. Next, click OK

  4. Finally, click Close on Login Accounts window.
  5. Verify access is allowable.
