Error Message: Please close all instances of Word before running label maker While Exporting Labels to Microsoft Word

Symptoms

In exporting mailing labels to Microsoft Word, the following error message appears:

’Please close all instances of Word before running label maker.’

  

Cause

This issue can occur if multiple instances of Microsoft Office are running.

 

Resolution

Close all Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Outlook.
