Online Program > How to Start a New Return

Follow the instructions below to successfully start a new return:

  1. Login to the 1040 Online Program.
  2. Select Tax Return from the Left Panel.

  3. Click the New Return + Button found on the right side of window.

  4. When the window pops up, input the Social Security Number & Click Add.

  5. Complete the Client Data Information
  6. Add Forms that apply to that return.
  7. Use the Verify Return to check for errors
  8. Acquire any Signatures.
  9. Print & Transmit when completed.
