Alternate to using ShowMyPC screen sharing tool.
- Navigate to the following address & DL/Install if needed:Â https://remotedesktop.google.com/support
- Select Remote Support
- Have ERO select the Generate Code button
- ERO will need to read off the time-sensitive Access Code.
- The Support Agent should input that Access code.
- Select Connect.
