How to set the Icon Image on a Desktop Shortcut

Use the following steps to set the icon image for desktop shortcuts.

1. Right click on the Tax software shortcut and select Properties.
2. Click on Change Icon.
3. Choose from a pre-selected image in the "Change Icon" window.
4. To locate another image, select Browse. The window may open to the software year icons folder. To use a different image, browse to the appropriate folder. Scroll down to locate the image file (example: Link15.ico). Select the image and click Open.​​
5. Select to highlight the image in the "Change Icon" window and click OK to save changes. Click OK to close the window.
