Administrator - Can perform all tasks in the program

Clerk - Can perform no tasks by default in the program

Data Entry - Can perform the following tasks: Add a new return, Delete Tax Return, Open a return

Operator - Can perform the following tasks: Add a new return, Delete Tax Return, Export records, Import return, Import direct state, Open a return, Print RAL/RAC checks, Print tax return, Batch Print Tax Return, Process Updates, Retrieve returns, Run reports, Create E-mail, System Utilities and Transfer returns.
