Symptoms

When attempting to printing check the following error populates.

’Error Message: "Stale Check Voided by the bank, Please contact the issuing bank"’

Cause

1. Waited too long to print the check (Most banks have 90 days expiration)
2. Bank voided

Resolution

1. Contact Central Site to see if they can push the check print file again.
2. Contact the Issuing bank to get a resolution.
