Symptoms
When submitting remote request or queue return for efile without bank product.

FIRST before asking for assistance
VERIFY the wallet setup has the following:
- Default card on file
- Balance
- NO unpaid invoices
Resolution 1
- Preform a blank transmission to Central Site
- Test function within return IF doesn't correct
- Close program & relaunch
- Test function within return IF doesn't correct (see Resolution 2)
Resolution 2
- Request from tech support leads push down the Remote signature unlock from the wallet administrator screen
(Provide UID & TaxYear please)
