Erroneous Error: Wallet temporarily disabled due to unpaid wallet invoices &/or insufficient funds.

Symptoms

When submitting remote request or queue return for efile without bank product.

FIRST before asking for assistance

VERIFY the  wallet setup has the following:

  • Default card on file
  • Balance
  • NO unpaid invoices

Resolution 1

  1. Preform a blank transmission to Central Site
  2. Test function within return IF doesn't correct 
  3. Close program & relaunch 
  4. Test function within return IF doesn't correct (see Resolution 2)

Resolution 2

  1. Request from tech support leads push down the Remote signature unlock from the wallet administrator screen 
    (Provide UID & TaxYear please)
