Program version 2011 and newer:
- On the Setup menu, click Login Accounts.
- Highlight the account being used and click Edit.
- Clear the Hide Work in Progress Counts checkbox, and then click OK.
Program version 2010 and older:
- On the Setup menu, click Office Setup.
- Click the Defaults Tab.
- Clear the Hide Work In Progress Counts checkbox, and then click OK.
