Lock/Unlock Malfunction in Desktop Software

In an attempt to lock or unlock a tax return in the desktop software, there is no change; the tax return remains locked or unlocked. 

Resolution I

1. In the Return menu, click Save Return, or simply click the Save icon on the toolbar to save the tax return.
2. The return will now be able to be locked or unlocked. Click the Return menu, and then click Lock/Unlock.

Resolution II

1. Close and relaunch the program if the initial resolution does not correct the issue.
