Lock/Unlock Malfunction in Desktop Software
In attempting to lock or unlock a tax return in the desktop software, there is no change; the tax return remains locked or unlocked.
A return must be saved before locking/unlocking.
- In the Return menu, click Save Return, or simply click the Save icon on the toolbar to save the tax return.
- The return will now be able to be locked or unlocked. Click the Return menu, and then click Lock/Unlock.
- Close & relaunch the program if Resolution I doesn't correct the issue.
