Symptoms
Verify Error navigates to the bottom of the Information & Status page; Wet Signed Date location.
Cause
Office settings have Require Signature print date checked.
Resolution
- Confirm login has rights to access Office Setup.
- Click on Setup upper left location of tax software
- Open Office Setup
- Navigate to E-Filing tab
- Uncheck Require Signature print date
- Selecting OK will save changes made
- Confirm verify error is no longer an issue.
