How to Use The Bulletins Feature in The Program

The Bulletin Feature

Throughout the tax season, the program will send urgent information via the Bulletins feature. When a new bulletin is received, the Bulletins option in the "Work in Progress" (WIP) screen will be updated to indicate the number of bulletins unread.



Steps to view bulletins

1. On the "Work In Progress" screen, click the Bulletins option (mentioned above).

2. A list of all bulletins will display along with the delivery dates, the subjects of the bulletin and whether a bulletin is new or saved.

3. Double click a bulletin to view its contents.

4. To save, delete or print a bulletin, click the appropriate Bulletins option from the  toolbar.
