User Status and User Status Codes Database

The User Status is a status that is made up by the user, and has no affect on the return in any way. The User Status Code consists of 1-7 characters, and the description of the code is 1-35 characters. Only the code portion will display in the return and in the WIP screen.

Add a User Status Code

1. Go to Database
2. Select User Status Codes
   

   

3. In the Status Code field enter an alphanumeric code from 1-7 characters & Click Add
   

   

4. In the Description field, enter an alphanumeric description from 1-45 characters & Press Save
   

   

Selecting User Status

1. Open a return
2. Go to the Client Data form
3. Click into the User Status field at the top of the screen
4. Press the Choices button at the bottom of the screen (Shortcut key: F3)
   

   

   Note:
   When viewing the User Status column from the WIP, only the User Status code will be visible but not the description.
   

   

   When viewing the User Status from the Information and Status Form the code and description will be visible.
