How to Add/Change a User’s Password

The procedures following are steps to add or change a user's password

Method 1

  1. At first, on the Setup menu
  2. Click Login Accounts
  3. Select the user
  4. Click Edit.
  5. In the Password box, enter the new password and re-enter the same password in the Confirm Password box.
  6. Then click OK to confirm the change.

Method 2

  1. From the Utility menu
  2. Select User Preferences
  3. Click the Change Password button
  4. Input OLD password
  5. Input NEW password
  6. Confirm NEW password
  7. Click OK to save password
  8. Test NEW password by logging out of the program & log in.
