Alternate to usingÂ ShowMyPC screen sharing tool.

Navigate to the following address & DL/Install if needed:Â https://remotedesktop.google.com/support
Select Remote Support
Have ERO select the Generate Code button
ERO will need to read off the time-sensitive Access Code.
The Support Agent should input that Access code.
Select Connect.
